Please arrive at the City Hall of Hesperange by 4:45 PM to be seated before the ceremony begins at 5:00 PM.

We request cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or suits. Comfortable shoes are recommended as there will be dancing!

The ceremony will be held indoors at the City Hall of Hesperange. The cocktail, dinner, and dance will also all be indoors at Le Royal Luxembourg.

All activities are indoors, so rain is not a concern for the event itself! For any weekend excursions, we’ll send updates closer to the date. Please do let us know if you’re planning to attend so we can plan accordingly.

We ask that you enjoy the ceremony unplugged - our professional photographer will capture all the special moments. Feel free to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception!

Luxembourg Airport (LUX) is about 10–12 km away — typically a 20-minute drive. It has direct flights from many major European cities.

Yes! Street parking is available near the City Hall of Hesperange (free up to 4 hours with a parking disk). For Le Royal Luxembourg, parking can be arranged on-site if requested in advance, and several public car parks are nearby. See our Practical Info page for details.

Taxis are readily available (€35–55 to Hesperange; Uber or Webtaxi for better rates). You can also rent a car, take bus line 29, or the Tram T1. See our Practical Info page for full details.

Absolutely! A full dinner will be served during the reception, along with wine, beer, and cocktails throughout the evening.

Yes! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

The party goes until midnight, but feel free to celebrate as long as you like! Transportation back to Luxembourg City will be available at 11:30 PM and midnight.

Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests formally invited. If you received a plus-one invitation, their name will be on your invitation.

We’ll arrange shuttle service from Luxembourg City hotels to the venue and back. Details will be shared closer to the date.
